who do you trust?

Well, hopefully you trust us, but it is hard to know who to trust these days. Some people/entities are questionable, which is why we do everything we can at WeTxt to make sure that you don't start getting messages from people you don't know, or don't want to hear from. But, in an effort to make WeTxt easier to use, while still keeping you nice and safe, we have added the concept of Trusted Contacts.

You can make anyone a trusted contact, and then when they add you to a new group, you will be set to active in that group by default. You still have the same ability to pause or quit the group, but you won't have to accept a welcome message for them. This speeds up the whole process of getting a group going for those people that you know and trust (hence the name).

It's really easy to make a contact trusted. Just go to your contact manager, and click the 'toggle trust' link. That's it...next time they add you to a group, you are automatically in. If they abuse that privilege you can always switch em back just as easily too.

Along the same train of thought, we also updated the interface for creating a new group so that now you can add users when you create the group instead of having to do it in two different steps. It's a neat little ajax interface that is nice and quick...all for you...who knew you were so deserving?

Hope these come in handy...and give us some feedback on the new features!
